PUCHI Designer Petwear aim to dispatch your order on the same day if placed before 11.00hs. Please allow 2-3 days for busier times. Please allow a 1-2 weeks for bulk T-shirt orders as theses are hand finished.
Our opening times are Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00hs - We are closed at weekends and Public Bank Holidays.
The minimum order for wholesale is £100.00 before VAT
Please note if you already have a retail or drop ship account with us you will need to use a different email address for a wholesale account.

WHOLESALE Terms & Conditions
Effective 24th July 2008
Orders
Orders can be made by contacting our wholesale team by telephone on 0208 405 7999, by fax 0208 407 2093 or via email using the following address: wholesale@puchipetwear.com. With effect 24.7.08 the Minimum Order is now just £100.00. This minimum applies to first orders and all subsequent orders. Exceptions to this minimum order may apply to Special Offers or at the discretion of Puchi. It is advisable that when making an order that is taking advantage of multiple special offer codes that you email or ring your requirements through to ourselves in order that any discounts may be calculated correctly.
Payment
Orders are shipped on prepaid terms only. Puchi Petwear accepts all major debit and credit cards. Cards will be authorised and charged at time of order. Orders can be paid for by personal or business cheque but please note that orders will not be despatched until 5 working days after receipt of the cheque. Puchi Petwear also accepts bank transfers (please contact us for full details) as a form of payment. Orders will be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Delivery & Shipping
Puchi Petwear aims to ship all items within 24 hours of order. Orders shipped within the UK are sent by next day delivery and depending on the weight of the items, either by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service or Parcel Force. Shipping charges up to a weight of 10kg within the UK are �7.50. International shipping costs up to 5kg are charged at a standard cost of �52.95. Shipping in excess of 5kg is calculated on an individual basis depending on the weight of the merchandise and we shall contact you prior to shipment to advise and obtain payment for excess charges where applicable. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence or by customer providing incorrect shipping information the customer will be contacted by phone and payment will be required to re-send the item.
Out of Stock Items
Puchi Petwear will automatically ship all of out stock items once they become available. In the unlikely event that an item is permanently unavailable Puchi Petwear will offer a full refund or a credit note to the value of the goods.
Returns Policy
Can I return an item for an exchange or refund?
Yes, simply complete the returns form provided with your order and send back to the address detailed. We recommend that you use a secure method of delivery as PUCHI cannot be held responsible for non receipt of returned items. We advise to allow 28 days from the date of receipt by ourselves to enable us to deal with your return. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE HAIR FREE, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.
Refunds
Please note that we can only refund your item/s if they are unused and returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Where any goods are returned for refund exceeding this 14 day period but within the 28 day exchange period, PUCHI will issue a credit note for the value of goods returned. Sale items are excluded from refund or exchange unless proven faulty. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE HAIR FREE, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.
Exchanges
You may exchange items up to 28 days from date of dispatch, if there are no suitable item/s to exchange, PUCHI will issue a Credit note to the value of the goods returned. Sale items are excluded from refund or exchange unless proven faulty. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE HAIR FREE, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.
Prohibited Sales Methods
Puchi Petwear products are designed for the premium pet accessories market and therefore the right distribution methods are vital to sustaining the value of our brand. Sales methods such as Car Boot Sales, Markets and other similar sales outlets are damaging to our brand and are not permitted. Trading of our goods in these outlets would result in an infringement of our Terms and Conditions and action will be taken.
