Terms & Conditions
Effective July 2008
Please note if you already have a retail or wholesale account with us you will need to use a different email address for a drop ship account.
Orders
Orders can be made by contacting our wholesale team by telephone on 0208 405 7999, by fax 0208 407 2093 or preferably via email using the following address: wholesale@puchipetwear.com using the completed order form.
Payment
Orders are shipped on prepaid terms only. Puchi Petwear accepts all major debit and credit cards. Cards will be authorised and charged at time of order. Orders can be paid for by personal or business cheque but please note that orders will not be despatched until 5 working days after receipt of the cheque.
Puchi Petwear also accepts bank transfers as a form of payment. Orders will be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Pre payment on Account may be made prior to processing orders by either cheque or BAC's, the sums paid in advance and the replenishment amounts to be agreed in advance.
Delivery & Shipping
Puchi Petwear aims to ship all items within 48 hours of order (though this will usually be within 24 hours).
Our Drop Shipping facility enables you to order items for dispatch to UK customers:
Postage & Packing UK £4.95
Special Delivery UK: £7.50
Overseas £15.00
This includes all packing and ensures Recorded or Courier delivery service dependant on the size of parcel for all orders up to 2 kg in weight.
For shipments outside the UK and those in excess of £15.00, the amount of which will be advised and debited prior to shipping.
Delivery will be in unmarked packaging and unless provided by you, no documentation will be enclosed.
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by your customer due to delivery refusal, your negligence in providing incorrect shipping information then Puchi will contact you by phone or email and payment will be required to re-send the item.
Out of Stock Items
Puchi Petwear will advise within 48 hours if the required item is of out stock and the expected time of availability for shipping. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the item/s required a full refund will be granted.
Returns Policy
Puchi Petwear endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects. If however an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or credit note to the full value of the merchandise.
Returns for Exchange (different sizes etc) are only allowed within 28 days and it is your responsibility to manage this with your clients if an exchange item is required. Puchi Petwear will charge £3.50 for having to pick pack and post per item.
In order to initiate a return please call our Wholesale Team on 0208 405 7999 with your Order number and item details to inform us of any damages, faults or shortages within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note Puchi Petwear cannot accept returns of personalised items that are the wrong size/ colour or suitability.
Puchi reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions or withdraw the Drop Shipping or Wholesaler Status if it is felt that the facility is not viable or that Terms have been breached.
